Despite a rocky start with room access issues, the attentive staff and clean facilities won me over. The dining experience was a highlight, with a friendly wait staff ready to please. For a spontaneous trip, the location was fantastic, offering a good mix of quality and value.

Valet parking feels like a prison!!! Forced tipping during room service isn't the norm!!! Shower issues with fluctuating temperatures and loose knobs need immediate fixing!!!

The lobby feels inviting. it sets a good tone upon arrival. The pool view provided a lovely backdrop, perfect for family photos. The receptionist was direct, which was refreshing after a long journey.

While the clean areas are appreciated, the overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile and uninviting.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable, featuring nice furnishings and good housekeeping. The staff stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness, making the stay enjoyable. However, common areas appeared outdated and in need of maintenance, detracting from the overall experience. The dining options were decent, though not standout, especially compared to the fresh salmon that I enjoyed. An airport shuttle was thankfully available, adding convenience to the stay.

It was just a commendable fit for an overnight stay in Tijuana with good value. The check-in went smoothly, and the staff was helpful with our questions. Consider double-checking any breakfast or shuttle services to avoid surprises.

The hotel has a fantastic complimentary beach shuttle, making it easy to hit the beautiful Tijuana beaches with the kids. The pool area was clean and inviting, giving us a great spot for some family fun after a long day of exploring.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available. A wider selection would make meal times easier for families with young ones.

great spot for a comfortable stay

The spacious standard queen room had comfy beds and a nice private bathroom. Pool area was chill with lots of trees, perfect for some shade. I enjoyed the decor, too. Just curious about the meaning of the art with the men on the wall, haha.

Comfortable room, welcoming staff, with convenient amenities like a well-stocked bar/lounge area and a quicker free airport shuttle service that helped me explore the city effortlessly.

Comfortable stay with great staff

I had a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for my needs, which made my trip easier. However, the restaurant food could use some improvement, as my breakfast was disappointing.

I enjoyed the great bar with its happy hour and fantastic drinks. The pool area was relaxing, complete with trees and ample seating. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods.

Not bad for a Family with children

So, we get there and the receptionist was totally straight to the point! Which I liked after a long drive. The room was clean, no dirty carpets, all good. Plus, we found this great taco place just a block away, man, those were some of the best tacos I've ever had.

Not exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was still alright.
